Deflection Data

Corrosion Data

The CenturionTM 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x1-1/2" thick is the industry standard fiberglass grating in both thickness and pattern.   However, the CenturionTM bearing bars are heavier than the industry standard of 1/4".    This provides a stiffer panel that is more wear resistant and can absorb greater mechanical abuse.   The square mesh fiberglass grating pattern provides strength in both directions for more efficient utilization and easier fabrication.    Panel sizes can vary up to 5’ x 13’.

  • Installation Notes:    All fiberglass grating should be fastened to the supports using fasteners such as the CC-Clips described on this site. These should be used every 3’-4’ along the supports, with a minimum of four clips on small sections. The clips not only add safety for the employees using the grating, but also improve on the deflection.
